How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also the most expensive way. By ship is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.
Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.
What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

I purchased two power stations,why did I only receive one package? Where is my other stuff?
1) Usually, we will ship two items with two separate packages by FedEx, due to the large size. And there will be two tracking numbers, but the website systems allow only one tracking number to be uploaded.
2) So, you can see only one tracking number in your order. But we’ll send a message to you to let you know all the tracking numbers of the packages.

What if the product cannot be turned on?
1) Try to charge the device and then turn on the power. If charging fails, troubleshoot the problem as the power cannot be charged.
2.)If there is no response after you short or long press (for 2 seconds) the main power button, contact the after-sales service team for help.
What if the product cannot be charged?
1)The charging temperature is too high. If you use high power appliances for a long time, stop using the product until the temperature drops.
2)The charging temperature is too low. Place AlPHA 800 in a warm environment.
3)Check whether the input meets the specifications.
4)Check whether a charging limit is set.
5)In case of charging failure, try to change the charging method or charging cable.
How to store and maintain sottlot power station?
1)Store the product away from water, heat sources, and metal objects.
2)To extend the battery life, it is recommended to use or store the product at ambient temperature from 20°C to 30°C.
3)For long-term storage, charge and discharge the product once every 3 months (firstly discharge it to 0%, then fully charge the device, and then discharge it to 60% for long-term storage).
4)For safety reasons, do not store this product at ambient temperature higher than 45°C or lower than –10°C for a long time.
5)If the product is critically low on power and left unused for a long time, it will enter sleep mode and will need to be recharged before you need to use it again.
How do I connect to the app ?

We support a variety of application scenarios such as home emergencies, outdoor camping, professional homework, etc. It can power mobile phones, computers, drones, cameras, onboard refrigerators, speakers, electric drills,and other different types of equipment with different power interfaces. There are a lot of application scenarios that can meet your different electricity needs.
How to clean the product?
Please gently wipe it with a dry, soft, clean cloth or paper towel.
How can I know if the product is charging?
When it’s charging, the remaining charging time will be shown on the LCD Screen. Meanwhile, the charging indicator icon begins to rotate with the remaining battery percentage and the input power shown on the right of the circle.
